Toning the skin is a moisture binding part of the beauty regimen that ties all the other facial steps together. It is a very important step that is often skipped and reduces the benefit of facial care. The Restorative Toner restores the skin to a normal pH balance and removes all residues from the surface. Wipe the face with a cotton pad soaked with Restorative Toner between every step, example: Cleanse, rinse and tone; Peel, rinse and tone; Scrub, rinse and tone; Mask, rinse and tone, etc. After the final tone a day or night cream is applied. Restorative Toner is a fresh Arctic seaweed and vitamin toner with extracts of calendula and elderflower.
Ingredients:
Deionized water, extracts of elderflower, calendula, orange blossom, horsetail and bulgarian chamomile, aloe vera gel, sodium PCA, almond glycerides, panthenol, sea kelp, algea extract, vegetable glycerin, sorbital, lecithin, cucumber extract, vitamin E, vitamin A, vitamin C, chelated trace minerals, essential oils of geranium, ylang ylang, clary and sage, methyl and propyl paraben.
