Twinlab DLPA (DL-Phenylalanine) is an amino acid. Twinlab DLPA is a 50/50 (equivocal) mixture of D-Phenylalanine and L-Phenylalanine. Twinlab DLPA capsules are easier to swallow and assimilate. Well tolerated by the most highly allergic individuals. Free of the most common allergens such as corn, soy, yeast, rice, barley, wheat, lactose (milk sugar) and all milk, citrus, fish and egg products. No added flavorings, sugars, salt, artificial sweeteners, colorings, preservatives or salicylates. Warning: Individuals with PKU (phenylketnuria) or who are pregnant or nursing should not use this product.
